Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course certification
- Competence in and willingness to practice modified primary nursing
- At least 1 year of emergency nursing or critical care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and situation through comprehensive data collection.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
- Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement identified plans of care and promote health and safety.
- Evaluate one's nursing practice in relation to professional standards and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to enhance care outcomes.

Compliance / Notes
- Regular attendance is required.
- This role may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
- On-call work may be required.
- Must comply with all education and training requirements as assigned.
