Now Hiring: Nurse Manager – Indianapolis, IN We are looking for a compassionate professional to join our all‑star team at our inpatient detox/residential treatment facility. What You’ll Do Ensure quality, compassionate, and timely medical care for every client. Ensure seamless coordination of client care between medical and clinical departments, the UR team, external healthcare providers, and pharmacies. Oversee all medication inventory, logs, and authorizations, lab shipments and reports, medical supplies and equipment. Oversee and direct all nursing and medical support staff, including interviews, onboarding, training, retention, scheduling, shift coverage, HR needs, and performance reviews. Maintain medical workflow process and conduct ongoing reviews of protocol and operations. Ensure quality medical documentation and charting standards through weekly chart review. What We’re Looking For Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher. Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana. Several years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in SUD treatment preferred. Leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies. Ability to delegate, problem‑solve, and motivate staff.
