All of our programs are offered without discrimination to build a truly supportive ecosystem for families across the U.S.LocationRemote (U.S. preferred, open globally)OrganizationLoopRoots FoundationAbout LoopRoots FoundationLoopRoots Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting justice-impacted individuals and families through transportation access, workforce development, housing support, mental health services, legal aid, and community-based programs.Our mission is to build a connected ecosystem that helps families stay together, rebuild stability, and successfully navigate reentry.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Social Media Growth Manager to lead the strategy and growth of LoopRoots Foundation's digital presence across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn meaningful stories into engaging content and is passionate about using social media to drive awareness, community engagement, and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a social media growth strategy across all platformsPlan and manage a consistent content calendarWork closely with the videographer and creative team to turn raw footage into high-performing contentIdentify trends and adapt them to LoopRoots' mission and voiceOptimize content for engagement, reach, and audience growthMonitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performanceEngage with followers, comments, and messages to build communitySupport campaigns related to fundraising, awareness, and program launchesWhat We're Looking ForExperience managing or growing social media accounts (personal or professional)Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedInAbility to identify trends and create engaging content strategiesCreative thinker with strong storytelling instinctsOrganized and able to manage content planning independentlyPassion for social impact, nonprofit work, or justice reformPreferred (Not Required)Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar toolsExperience working with nonprofits or mission-driven organizationsBasic understanding of analytics tools such as Instagram Insights or TikTok AnalyticsTime Commitment20 - 25 hours per week (flexible)CompensationThis is a volunteer position as part of our early-stage build phase.
