Job Details Job Location: 48 Howe Street New Haven, CT 06511 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Some Post-Secondary Salary Range: $22.00 - $22.00 Hourly Job Shift: Second Shift Position: Case Manager 1 Program Women’s Rise Location New Haven Salary $22.00/hour Program Summary Women’s Rise is a residential work release program providing case management, job readiness, and substance and mental health education to adult females who are under the supervision of DOC. We help women rise as they reenter their communities. Position Summary The Case Manager 1 will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required. Working within Adult Services, the Case Manager 1 works with Community Justice program staff to help rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
