Human Resources Director

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and daily people operations for a senior care organization in Pennsylvania. This role oversees key HR programs that support employee engagement, compliance, workforce planning, and leadership development across the assigned facility. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, healthcare or senior living experience, and the ability to build effective partnerships with leaders and staff.

Requirements
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Prior people leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, long-term care, hospice, home health, or another highly regulated environment
