The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and will have a proven track record in civil litigation and legal writing.Why join us?o 401(k) o Dental insurance o Disability insurance o Health insurance o Life insurance o On-site gym o Paid time offJob DetailsResponsibilities:Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, arguing motions, and trial work.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to personal injury, construction defect, and product liability.Conduct thorough case investigations, legal research, and analysis.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients and ensure that clients receive the highest quality service.Represent the interests of the client in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government.Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects.Manage client relationships and handle cases from initial consultation through resolution.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar of Texas.A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation, specifically personal injury, construction defect, and product liability.Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney to further their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.
