Management Trainee

\n

We are seeking an entry-level management trainee to be cross trained across departmental rotations to learn our company's sales strategies, operations, and leadership practices. The primary goal of this role is to transition into a full-fledged sales or branch manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and hit quotas.
    • \n
  • Operational Rotation: Rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.
    • \n
  • Team Leadership: Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, and coaching team members.
    • \n
  • Analysis: Track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and review competitor activities.
    • \n

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.

Experience: Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
