Production Technician

Technician/Laborer

Technician Pay Rate $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour Hours Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm Duration 6 Months Location Seabrook, NH

Job Summary: The Technician/Laborer is responsible for spraying sheets of material using approved equipment and procedures, then packing the finished sheets into boxes for storage or shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to working safely in a production or lab environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Spray sheets of material using the designated adhesive spray equipment.
• Inspect sprayed sheets for proper coverage and quality before packing.
• Pack sprayed sheets neatly and securely into boxes according to work instructions.
• Label, organize, and stage packed boxes as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling adhesive and related materials.
• Wear required PPE, including lab coat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and hearing protection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate any quality, equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to be trained.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Good communication and note-taking skills.
• Basic data entry and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion; carts, dollies, or team lifting may be used when needed.

Work Environment: This position involves working with one adhesive material and using appropriate protective equipment. The employee will be trained on safe handling procedures and is expected to follow all company safety guidelines at all times. Benefits (employee contribution):
