This role is responsible for developing accurate, timely estimates, coordinating with subcontractors and insurance adjusters, and guiding customers through the early stages of the restoration process. A key focus of this position is working within multiple insurance carrier program guidelines (including SERVPRO program partnerships), ensuring estimates, documentation, and communication comply with program requirements while maintaining speed and accuracy. This position is ideal for someone who understands insurance-based restoration work, can move quickly under deadlines, and maintains a high level of professionalism and attention to detail./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliRespond to new leads within 24 hours and schedule inspections promptly/liliPerform on-site inspections and document full scope of loss, including photos, measurements, and detailed notes/liliWork within insurance carrier program guidelines (including SERVPRO programs) to ensure compliance with estimating standards, required documentation, and submission timelines/liliCoordinate emergency mitigation or temporary services as needed/liliRequest, review, and analyze subcontractor bids/liliPrepare detailed estimates using estimating software, including sketches, photos, and material specifications in accordance with program requirements/liliSubmit estimates to insurance adjusters and program partners within required timelines and follow up as needed/liliReview approved estimates with customers and obtain required authorizations/contracts/liliAssist customers with material selections and set clear project expectations/liliCompile and organize complete job documentation, including mortgage information, insurance requirements, and payment schedules/liliOrder specialty materials and prepare job files for production handoff/liliCoordinate closely with production teams to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to execution/liliMaintain ongoing communication with customers, adjusters, and program partners regarding updates, supplements, and scope changes/liliDocument and manage change orders in accordance with company and insurance program requirements/liliSupport draw schedules, inspections, and final invoicing processes as needed/li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulliPrior experience in restoration, construction estimating, or insurance claims required/liliExperience working within insurance carrier programs (SERVPRO program experience strongly preferred)/liliProficiency in estimating software (Xactimate preferred)/liliStrong understanding of insurance estimating guidelines and compliance expectations/liliStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills/liliAbility to manage multiple estimates, deadlines, and program requirements simultaneously/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset/liliValid drivers license required/li/ulpSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies/pulliExposure to extreme conditions such as heat/liliAbility to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)/liliAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights/liliExposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpCompensation: $63,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year/p/div
