Public Finance Clerk

Position Overview

The Public Finance Clerk is an entry-level position assisting bond paralegals and other team members with the operations of the public law and finance practice group, which may include:

• Collecting, organizing, and scanning documents
• Preparing, proofreading, and filing documents and correspondence
• Follow up and finalization of bond issue documents
• Transcript production
• Tracking calendars and deadlines
• Filing required state and federal forms
• Researching prior client filings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Schedule

Full-time (7.25-hour workday), Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for start and end times during regular office hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). This position requires work to be done at the office and does not allow for hybrid or remote work.


Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.

Other Compensation

Other compensation may include bonuses, profit sharing, and HSA employer contributions.
