We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.Job descriptionLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)Meet Our Team:Join a team of security leaders, architects, and Forward Deployed Security Engineers focused on solving complex customer security challenges across cloud, DevSecOps, application security, and AI environments.Work in a highly collaborative, customer-facing environment where technical excellence, innovation, and operational delivery are key to success.Partner with enterprise customers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and production-ready security programs.Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, security standards, reference architectures, and best practices that drive measurable security outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:Lead customer security engagements and manage teams of Forward Deployed Security Engineers, providing technical leadership and oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle.Drive security architecture design, threat modeling, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps across cloud platforms, applications, APIs, DevSecOps pipelines, and AI systems.Define and implement enterprise security controls, including workload protection, identity security, software supply chain safeguards, CI/CD security gates, and automated remediation workflows.Guide AI security initiatives by designing secure LLM, RAG, vector database, agent-based, and MLOps architectures while addressing threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe tool execution, and excessive permissions.Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and operational handovers while ensuring successful delivery against customer security, compliance, and business objectives.What You Bring to the Team:7+ years of cybersecurity experience with proven success leading engineering teams, mentoring security professionals, and delivering large-scale security programs across multiple workstreams.Deep expertise in cloud security, application security, DevSecOps, identity and access management, container security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and software supply chain security.Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning security, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, model deployment, model lifecycle management, and MLOps practices.Exceptional customer-facing communication skills with experience conducting technical discovery sessions, presenting to executive stakeholders, and articulating security risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced security or cloud certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer are highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CISM, or GIAC certifications.Experience delivering customer-facing security consulting or professional services engagements.Experience building reusable security frameworks, reference architectures, playbooks, and operational standards.#LI-RS2About usWe’re a global, team of innovators.
