Key responsibilities include building and growing your own book of business, prospecting, pitching, and winning mid-market and enterprise clients, selling integrated solutions across print, merch, and apparel, developing programs including kitting, fulfillment, and online stores, turning one-off projects into long-term client partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality, profitable work, and owning your pipeline, forecasting, and revenue goals.

Minimum experience and education required include 5+ years of sales experience in print, merch, apparelor a combination, proven ability to win and grow accounts, strong relationship-building and communication skills, consultative selling mindset, experience managing a pipeline in a CRM, and being highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven.

The work environment is a professional office with frequent collaboration across sales, creative, sourcing, and production teams. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Physical demands include talking or hearing, standing, sitting, walking, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms, pushing carts, lifting and moving up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 20 pounds, and specific vision abilities.
