Pay

Hourly Pay: $19.00 + Monthly Bonus

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep equipment
• Service 2, 3 & 4 cylinder gas engines and related components
• Restore performance on truck-mounted carpet cleaning units and portable carpet extractors
• Maintain hard surface floor cleaning machines
• Repair duct cleaning and deodorizing equipment
• Bring dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air movers, and HEPA vacuums back to spec
• Use testing instruments, troubleshooting guides, and OEM manuals correctly
• Create service orders; build bids; present repair estimates clearly
• Schedule and track appointments in service software
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Coordinate shop workload with other technicians and store staff
• Order parts and work directly with vendors
• Maintain shop tools; keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Meet or beat department quality and productivity goals
• Assist teammates and take direction from supervisors

What you bring

• Preferred 2+ years’ experience in one or more: commercial cleaning/restoration equipment; small engine repair/maintenance; pressure washer service; vehicle repair/maintenance
• Valid driver license; clean MVR with no DUIs or careless/reckless entries in the past 3 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own a basic mechanic’s tool set
• Mechanical aptitude, technical proficiency, and strong attention to detail
• Fast, accurate diagnostics and problem-solving
• Safety-first approach with consistent use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and PPE
• Reliable focus and time management to complete quality work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong written and verbal communication; basic computer literacy
• Occasional overtime availability
• Bilingual English/Spanish appreciated
