Support attorneys with case management, including organizing case files and maintaining schedules. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports as required. Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and evidence. Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and external counsel as needed. Maintain and manage legal databases and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes relevant to the industry and department. Profile A successful Senior Paralegal should have: A bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, with a strong academic background. Proven expertise in legal research and drafting legal documents. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with attorneys and clients. Proficiency in legal software and tools, including document management systems. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
