Energy M&A & Corporate Development Analyst
FHLB Des Moines
Devon is seeking a corporate development professional to build and maintain sophisticated financial models (DCF, NAV, comps) evaluating acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers within the energy sector. You will support senior leadership with pro forma analyses, due diligence, and a range of investment materials. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in investment banking, PE, or corporate development, with experience in E&P M&A or A&D transactions, and familiarity with Enverus, FactSet, or Bloomberg. #J-18808-Ljbffr FHLB Des Moines
