This position is responsible for managing real estate transaction files from contract to close, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and escrow officers; tracking deadlines; scheduling inspections and closings; and updating all parties on transaction status. The Transaction Coordinator will maintain organized records, handle data entry into company systems, and verify that all compliance requirements are met. This role also involves responding to client inquiries, resolving minor issues, and supporting the team with administrative tasks related to transactions.\n Qualifications \n \n Strong transaction-related skills, including Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management. \n Experience working with Escrow processes and related documentation. \n Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and partners. \n Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. \n Proficiency with office software and digital document management tools. \n Prior experience in real estate, title, escrow, or a similar transaction-focused environment preferred. \n Ability to work on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and collaborate with a diverse team. \n High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or administration are a plus. \naa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a Re-build Properties Llc
