They are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next stage of growth, including scaling revenue, executing on M&A opportunities, and building out a high performing executive team. Schedule Based in New York, NY. Specific in-office, hybrid, or remote expectations to be confirmed with employer. Compensation $250,000 to $400,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and long-term equity opportunity. What You\'ll Do This person will take full P&L ownership of the business, driving strategy and execution across a global enterprise software company in the $15M to $30M+ revenue range. The CEO will lead hands-on M&A activity, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration, while building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. This role carries direct responsibility for enterprise growth strategy with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers, financial leadership including forecasting, budgeting, and EBITDA improvement, and close partnership with the Board of Directors to drive shareholder value. Required Qualifications Significant senior executive experience as a CEO, President, GM, or operating executive with full P&L ownership Proven success scaling a $15M to $30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software company Recent hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration Strong enterprise software or SaaS background Experience serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies Demonstrated success building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations Strong financial leadership experience, including forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value Bachelor\'s degree required Preferred Qualifications MBA Background specifically within MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation Prior experience as a CEO of a company that was acquired or that completed a significant acquisition Compensation And Benefits $250,000 to $400,000 base salary per year Performance bonus Long-term equity opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
