Responsibilities: Welcome patients into the office and check them in for their scheduled appointment Coordinate and schedule appointments Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency Communicate with patients regarding appointments and general questions Connect with colleagues about changes in the schedule or patient information Experience: Proficiency in using Dentrix preferred Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage unexpected changes and shifting tasks Previous dental office experience highly preferred
