We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Prepared foods production worker. You will be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of fresh food products, including pasta salads, potato salads, and other prepared salads, in a high-volume family owned food manufacturing facility. Must be able to follow standardized recipes, production schedules, and food safety procedures to ensure products are prepared accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain a clean and organized work space

- Follow company policies, GMPs, and food-handling procedures.

- Work efficiently as part of a production team in a fast-paced environment.

- Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene procedures.

- Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality, freshness, appearance, and consistency.

- Operate mixers, slicers, scales, and other food-production equipment.

-Cross Contamination prevention

- Proper handwashing practices

Requirements:

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-Ability to stand for extended periods
-Reliable and dependable
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow written instructions and recipes
-Previous food manufacturing or food preparation experience preferred
