The position requires exceptional oral and written communication skills, motivation to be all-in as a top-notch trial attorney, with high emotional intelligence. Candidates will have excellent organizational and time management skills, a strong work ethic that is client-focused, team-oriented, and driven by a passion for advocacy. This attorney has actively practiced law in Washington State for the past 3-10 years, with personal injury litigation experience, and an interest in applying those skills to seek justice and fairness for clients. Trial attorneys are preferred and those currently working as insurance defense attorneys are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Represent clients in personal injury cases, including moderate and severe trauma injury and traumatic brain injury matters. Conduct trial legal representation and other litigation duties. Collaborate with attorneys in a client-centric practice and provide concierge-level service to clients. Maintain strong client relationships and manage case workload with excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Advocate for clients to achieve justice and fairness. Qualifications Practiced law in Washington State for 3-10 years. Personal injury litigation experience. Trial attorneys preferred; insurance defense attorneys encouraged. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. High emotional intelligence, client-focused, team-oriented, and driven by passion for advocacy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
