Principal Project Manager - Environmental

From delivering safe drinking water and treating wastewater responsibly to developing sustainable water supplies and protecting lives and property through flood control, your work will directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience. Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field

Minimum 15 years related experience

PMP certification

Familiar with Primavera P3 or SureTrak software preferred

Familiar with Prolog software preferred

Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills

Knowledgeable of other alternative delivery/contract models, such as public-private partnership (P3), design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM), and engineering procurement construction (EPC)

Willingness to travel regularly, and if needed, commute to a client's site temporarily

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience

15 years related experience

A minimum of 7 years project management experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software

Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills

The expected compensation range for this position is $195,500.00 - $287,500.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
