Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time Engagement role; Remote or Hybrid)

Latitude is assisting a highly respected Oregon law firm in identifying a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time engagement role. This position will support active litigation matters and administrative proceedings, working closely with attorneys on case management, discovery, filings, hearing preparation, and day-to-day litigation support.The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing court documents and exhibits, with particular familiarity supporting court matters. Responsibilities will focus heavily on preparing records for court filings, including identifying and organizing exhibits, converting documents, including Excel spreadsheets, into court-required PDF formats, and ensuring all materials are accurate, complete, and submission-ready.This role also includes assisting with the preparation, review, and verification of transmittals to the court, maintaining organized case files, managing deadlines, and supporting attorneys through the appellate process. Candidates should be highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling high-volume document preparation in a deadline-driven environment.Experience in supporting litigation in medical malpractice is preferred but not required. This is a full-time engagement opportunity with an immediate need for someone who can step in quickly and provide strong litigation support.For the engagement role, fully remote work will be considered. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week.
