Litigation Paralegal (Remote Contract Engagement)Latitude is seeking litigation paralegals with at least 5 years of experience with high volume litigation to work on temporary contract assignments with Latitude’s clients in a variety of industries. Applicants must have demonstrated experience managing case dockets, filing deadlines, preparing motions and other filings, organizing large amounts of information and discovery, and creating reports. Prior experience working at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a large legal department is preferred.Requirements for the Litigation Paralegal (Remote Contract Engagement):5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, ability to work with little supervisionDemonstrated experience with case management softwarePrior experience working at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or a larger legal departmentMust have excellent organizational skills and attention to detailOutstanding referencesPosition Details of the Litigation Paralegal (Remote Contract Engagement):Type of role: Contract EngagementSchedule: Part-time to Full-timeLocation: RemoteCompensation:Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
