Job Description

Job Summary:

Maintains tennis, pickleball courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates maintenance machinery. Position maintains tennis courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates light maintenance machinery.

Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance of all tennisand pickleballcourts including but not limitedto :sweeping, lining, and debris removal, Pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
Prepares the tennisand pickleballcourts for daily play. Notifies the Tennis Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennisand pickleballnets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed inlog book.
Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand forlong periodsof time.
Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
Must haveabilitytomulti task.
Excellentcommunicationsskills.
Possess a valid FL driver's license with driving history to meet insurability standards
Must be able toworka flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Prior similar tennis court maintenance experience is preferred
