Licensing Coordinator

The Coordinator provides support in managing a category of products and a portfolio of licensees in order to meet or exceed predetermined revenue targets and growth objectives. Responsibilities Development and maintenance of team tools including planning calendars, franchise fact sheets, brand decks, and partner lists. Review and routing of brand and marketing submissions to all key stakeholders through internal advertising approval process (OPA). Manage communication to internal teams regarding franchise updates, tools availability, etc. Management of team meetings including scheduling, agenda generation and notes distribution. Assist on follow up as needed. Competitive analysis including competitive campaign tracking and providing updates. Support team with the development of presentation materials; proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote is mandatory. Liase with legal and business affairs to submit and ensure necessary clearances and maintenance of tracking resource for all brand documents and filings. Product support - liaise with category and Asset Operations to obtain accurate and comprehensive product images and release timing. Collect physical or product imagery for filmmaker meetings, presentations, PR needs, etc. Coordinate and participate in team brainstorms. Assist in the day-to-day development and implementation of franchise plans. Required Skills & Experience Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, detail oriented. Confident, but able to ask for assistance when uncertain. Display ability to multi-task, managing a variety of initiatives / issues simultaneously. Ability to project manage and capable of meeting deadlines and dealing with time constraints. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal, solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships, be flexible/adaptable, able to collaborate, influence and persuade. Possess strong analytical skills. Resourceful, innovative and responsive to change. Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Keynote).
