Franchise and Licensing Coordinator

We are looking for a Franchise and Licensing Coordinator for a top entertainment company hybrid out of their Burbank, CA offices! Based in Burbank, the Franchise and Licensing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role helps keep workflows organized while supporting execution
across e-commerce, licensing, and partner activations.
• Assist with managing incoming social and licensing-related requests across the TV portfolio
• Support our licensed merchandising program through preparation and updates of pitch materials and presentations
• Assist with coordination of event activations
• Maintain organization of creative assets and shared drives, and coordinate assets for external partners and internal teamsResponsibilities:• Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-ups
• Maintain trackers, contact lists, and shared documents across licensing and franchise workstreams
• Day-to-day communication with licensees to share updates, assets, and materials
• Assist in tracking product approvals across e-commerce and third-party licensing
• Maintain and organize creative assets, ensuring files are current and accessible
• Support development and formatting of presentations, pitch materials, and decks
• Track and manage incoming social and licensing-related requests
• Partner with internal teams to gather assets, track timelines, and ensure deliverables are metRequired Qualifications:• 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or related experience in a corporate or studio environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Experience supporting scheduling, meetings, and basic project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow through on tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPreferred Qualifications:• Interest in television, franchise marketing, or consumer products
• Exposure to marketing, licensing, retail, or e-commerce environments
• Experience creating or formatting presentations (Keynote or PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with digital asset organization or tracking tools
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or team coordination
