This position reports to: Production Supervisor
The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas
This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Safely complete tasks and participate in team safety programs
- Position parts according to unit being assembled or follow blueprint
- Fastens parts together with bolts, washers, screws, speed, clips, rivets, or other fasteners
- Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts
- Operate hand tools, small presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation
- Hand packs and seals assembled fittings and parts into containers for shipping
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the role:
- High School or equivalent
- Able to read 2 or 3 syllable words and recognize similarities/differences between words and/or numbers
- Able to print
- Able to add, subtract 2 digit numbers and multiply/divide by 10 or 100 accurately

ABB$17 per hour
Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment. We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months.
