Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners in a vibrant educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Full-time positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists specializing in early childhood intervention, working with a close-knit K-2 caseload. Your expertise will play a key role in fostering communication skills among students, many of whom have Autism and utilize AAC devices, with the support of dedicated RBTs and paraprofessionals already embedded in the classroom.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly K-2, strongly preferred
• Previous work supporting students with Autism and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is highly desirable
• Collaborative approach; comfortable working alongside RBTs and paraprofessionals
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small caseload (typically 10 or fewer students) focusing on individualized therapy goals
• Assess, develop, and implement speech and language intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, RBTs, paras, and families to coordinate and evaluate student progress
• Provide direct support incorporating AAC strategies tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain detailed records, participate in IEP meetings, and uphold all district and professional standards

This school-based contract is scheduled from August 2026 through June 2027, offering full-time hours (32.5-37.5 per week) in a supportive environment equipped for student success.
