Regional Sales Manager - Flexible Packaging Films Northern California, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii Preferred Location: Northern California Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + 1% Uncapped Commission A prominent packaging equipment and materials company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow its flexible packaging films and consumable materials business across Northern California, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii. Most of the existing business is concentrated in Northern California, making it the preferred location for this position. This is a consumable packaging sales role, not a capital equipment position . You will sell flexible films, pouches and related packaging materials while partnering with the equipment sales team to develop opportunities within new and existing accounts. To Be Considered for This Opportunity, You Must Have: Experience selling flexible or semi-flexible packaging into CPG companies or food processors within the meat, cheese, dairy or bakery industries Residence in Northern California or Nevada, with Northern California candidates strongly preferred Willingness to travel weekly throughout the territory, approximately 50% to 60% Previous, proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong business-development skills and the ability to grow new and existing accounts Interested? #J-18808-Ljbffr
