Base pay is determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Based on state regulations and required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider, and observe/report responses to a supervisor. Certified Medication Aides/Techs keep the medication supply room organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate medication counts. Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure medication delivery. Based on state regulations, completion of training/certification is required.
