The Resident Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of the property, including administrative, facilities, and marketing functions. Locations: Tilden Terrance, Parkview on the Park, and Tides Senior in Culver City and Los Angeles, CA. Experience with affordable housing property management and knowledge of HUD regulations is required. Salary range: $28.00 – $45.00 per hour; hiring range generally $28.00 – $36.50 per hour, DOE. Responsibilities Collect rent, make bank deposits, prepare and submit rent roll, verify income Comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations Maintain waiting list, prepare and process leases Supervise on‑site staff Process evictions, conduct annual inspections and coordinate repairs For HUD properties, submit vouchers Qualifications 1+ year of property management experience Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports Skills in resident problem solving and staff management Background Check Requirements EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
