Position Summary:

The Champions Program Administrator oversees the development, integration, and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical partnerships and programs for Healthy Birth Day, Inc. Overseeing our Champions program, they coordinate agreements with clinical and non-clinical partners, manage training programs, and support program development by analyzing product utilization and patient outcomes. This role collaborates with the Advancement Team on monetization opportunities and implementation of initiatives to expand program impact. The administrator also tracks program metrics, collects success stories, and communicates progress to leadership, funders, and external partners. 

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Clinical and Non-Clinical Partnership and Programs Integration

• Advance revenue generation by recruiting, securing and managing partnership agreements with new and existing clinical and non-clinical partners of our Count the Kicks Champions program.
• Manage training programs for clinical and non-clinical settings using Count the Kicks resources, including hosting virtual and in-person training events.
• Collaborate and strategize with our Advancement, Impact and Operations teams, working as a team to deliver a high quality program to customers.
• Use software tools to streamline partnership processes and deliverables.
• Manage internal budgets of the Champions program not exceeding expenses, while helping meet or exceed income goals.

Communication and Reporting

• Provide regular updates on partnership progress and product performance.
• Track and share data on program and product utilization and its impact on patient outcomes.
• Collect case studies and success stories for presentations, online/in-person speaking engagements, and printed collateral.
• Share program outcomes with leadership, funders, and external stakeholders.

• None, but potential for future supervisory duties.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, partnerships, and grant initiatives simultaneously.
• Highly effective presentation skills to large and small groups, both in person and virtually. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with clinical partners, leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with software tools such as DocuSign, Adobe, Monday.com, and other project management or data tracking platforms.
• Ability to analyze program data, track metrics, and generate reports to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt programs and processes based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
• Ability to organize and lead training sessions for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program administration, clinical partnerships, or nonprofit program management.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, around events and meetings.
• Hybrid work environment with the ability to work from home or from an office in the Des Moines, Iowa metropolitan area.

Travel : Occasional travel to clinical partner sites, community events, or conferences may be required.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Exempt
