Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, attentive support for questions, requests, and service needs.

• Enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and confirm details to help prevent processing issues or delays.

• Manage both inbound and outbound communication to follow up on requests, provide updates, and clarify order information.

• Address customer concerns by identifying issues, offering practical solutions, and escalating complex matters when needed.

• Support purchasing-related activities by coordinating information and assisting with routine order or supply inquiries.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order updates, and service outcomes in the appropriate systems.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are communicated clearly and handled efficiently.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.

• Strong ability to manage inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

• Hands-on experience with order entry and customer account support.

• Comfortable making outbound calls to gather information or provide updates.

• Familiarity with purchasing support or related administrative activities is preferred.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
