Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Hiring now! We are now seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant/Front Desk to serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, multitasking, and supporting daily office operations.

Job Type: Full-time Mon-Fri
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 DOE
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Duties:

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Check voicemails and route messages to the appropriate team members.
• Greet visitors and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Maintain filing systems and administrative records.
• Process incoming mail, scan documents, and distribute information.
• Collect all USPS mail, open it and file it accordingly.
• Purchase items online for the company.
• Assist with office organization and general administrative support.
• Follow company procedures and support workplace operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology that are specific to company production such as PICAS.
