Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Job Requirements Must be 18 years of age 2+ years of experience in home care services Must pass Criminal Background check and drug screening Previous leadership and sales experience preferred Essential Duties Maintain client schedules Maintain client charting sheets Build relationships with clients and staff Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals Training new employees Maintain communication with everyone; Office, Director, and clients Customer service and Care Services Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds InterimHealthCare’s standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well‑being of the residents.
