Freelance Project Manager

Overview Landor is looking for a Freelance Project Manager to join our Chicago studio. We are Landor, world‑leading brand experts underpinned by expansive strategic and creative capabilities. What you’ll do Project manage a variety of programs within the client, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget. Maintain client satisfaction and ensure all client‑facing correspondence, materials, presentations, and proposals are error‑free, high quality, and relevant to the client’s business challenges, reflecting Landor’s brands. Ensure milestones are met with the internal team on all key relationships. Participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms, and the development of strategic deliverables. Demonstrate passion and curiosity for Landor’s capabilities including research, strategy, innovation, design, naming/verbal identity, environments, digital, and engagement. Commit to best‑in‑class project and financial management. What you’ll need Experienced PMO Project Manager within a branding consultancy, advertising agency, or business consultancy. Ability to lead and deliver cross‑functional projects that support strategic initiatives, from initiation through completion, aligned with PMO governance, methodologies, timelines, budgets, and objectives. Organized, collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record delivering complex projects in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation & Benefits The hourly salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75/hr to $100/hr.
