We're looking for an Office Manager who wants to help build something meaningful alongside us. This position is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys solving problems, thrives on organization, and wants to make a real difference—not only in the daily operation of a veterinary hospital, but in the lives of the team members they serve.

While previous management experience is certainly valuable, we care far more about character than titles. We can teach systems. We can develop leadership skills. We cannot teach integrity, humility, kindness, or a genuine desire to serve others.

If you are the right person, we envision this role growing into a Veterinary Practice Manager as both you and our hospital continue to grow.

About Clifton Hollow Animal Hospital:

We are an independently owned small animal hospital in beautiful Poulsbo, Washington.

Our mission is simple: Provide exceptional veterinary care while creating an extraordinary experience for our clients, patients, and team.

We've recently moved into our new hospital and are entering one of the most exciting seasons in our history. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of our practice.

This isn't about maintaining the status quo.

What You'll Do: You'll work closely with the owners to help keep our hospital running smoothly while supporting and encouraging our growing team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting and encouraging our staff.
• Helping with hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinating schedules.
• Improving systems and workflows.
• Assisting with client service and communication.
• Managing office operations.
• Helping maintain an organized, efficient hospital.
• Working alongside the owners to improve the practice as we grow

As your experience and confidence grow, your responsibilities can grow as well.
