Role Overview As a Clinic Supervisor with OrthoArizona, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, train staff, support clinic management, and serve as the primary point of contact for patient escalations. Your responsibilities include assuring compliance with practice policies, MIPS, BPCI and other value‑based initiatives, managing patient care standards, and collaborating with other department heads. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of front and back‑office functions to ensure effective clinical operations while maintaining compliance with all practice policies, MIPS, BPCI, or other value‑based initiatives. Primary training of new hires on clinical policies, procedures and patient care standards, including cross‑training of all staff. Assist the Clinic Manager with staffing schedules and coverage for all provider teams. Review, correct, and approve all direct reports’ PTO/PST and timecards in line with the payroll calendar and policy. Perform regular 1:1s with clinic staff, provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews as necessary. Assist the clinic manager with documentation for disciplinary actions or performance‑related concerns. Partner and communicate regularly with other department heads to ensure consistency in shared duties such as billing, administrative centers, and DME. Ensure patient care standards and workflows are completed according to company policy and procedure. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient escalations or complaints. Act as a subject‑matter expert on practice management and EMR software, and assist with necessary trainings. Perform all other duties assigned. Qualifications Medical industry knowledge including medical terminology and insurance terms. Working knowledge of computer programs and technologies within a medical office setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High school diploma or GED. Maintains CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a back‑office position.
