Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Craft smart sales strategies that rev up vehicle sales and boost profitability. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Team up with finance, service, and other departments to make the car-buying journey smooth and enjoyable. Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competition, spotting new opportunities before anyone else. Keep senior management in the loop with regular updates on sales wins and shop operations Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to develop sales strategies and negotiate effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
