Project Manager

Project Manager Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody our values to join the President Administration team in the role of Project Manager at our Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule. The Project Manager provides project management for prioritized workstreams identified by the Director and Steering Committee. This role manages a complex portfolio of projects for access to care across the state, using standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving specific metrics and deliverables within a specified timeline across multiple regions, working closely with the grants team on statewide grants, and developing project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency, and ROI. They collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and delivery of end results. Candidate Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience. PMP certification preferred. Healthcare Industry experience a plus. Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
