Executive Administrative Receptionist - Bilingual

YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Administrative/front desk experience in an upscale environment.
- Extremely professional and customer-service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
- Provide administrative support to team.
- Answer phones, monitor calls, greet visitors, filing, computers, handle mail, correspondence, etc.
- Assist in managing tenant relations; investigate and resolve complaints.
- Interact with vendors and assist with addressing building emergency requests.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies.
