About Our Opportunity The Senior Ag Retail Loan Servicing Analyst provides exceptional internal and external customer service by supporting the delivery of consumer financial services and loan servicing needs. This role analyzes and resolves complex loan servicing, accounting, and cash management issues, ensures accurate processing, data integrity, and compliance with established standards, and contributes to process improvements and operational effectiveness. This role applies solid functional knowledge and sound judgment to deliver dependable, high‑quality work with minimal direction. Team members at this level manage complex responsibilities, balance priorities effectively, and provide guidance, leadership, and support to peers. How You Will Spend Your Time Process, review, and validate complex loan servicing transactions, calculations, and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to procedures. Analyze and resolve complex servicing, accounting, and cash management issues, escalating higher‑risk or non‑routine items as needed. Maintain and review loan, customer, and system data; perform reconciliations and reporting to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to research inquiries, interpret loan agreements, and provide clear and accurate information to support servicing needs. Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and operational consistency by identifying inefficiencies, supporting standardization, and assisting with testing, reporting, and audit activities. Monitor the team workload dashboard to ensure balance across the team and work is completed in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs); identify gaps or capacity issues and redistribute workload as needed to meet organizational priorities. Manage assigned work with minimal direction, delivering high accuracy, quality, and timely completion. Apply functional knowledge and judgment to evaluate information and make informed decisions. Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and proactively communicate status or risks. Support process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending practical solutions. Collaborate effectively across teams to advance shared goals and business outcomes. Serve as a resource to less experienced team members through informal guidance. Education & Experience High School Diploma/GED with 7 years relevant experience required. Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years relevant experience preferred. Mental & Physical Requirements While performing the responsibilities of this role, team members typically sit for extended periods, use hands for computer and office tasks, and communicate verbally. Standing or walking may be required frequently, with occasional reaching, lifting, or moving items weighing up to ten pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision. The work environment generally involves a moderate noise level. This role requires sustained mental focus, problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, with extended computer use common. Some positions may include additional physical or mental requirements related to driving, such as holding a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel long distances.
