Job Description

IT – DATA PROCESSOR/SYSTEM OPERATOR

Monday - Thursday

7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday

7:00 am - 1:30 pm

or option to work

Monday - Thursday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday

8:00 am - 2:30 pm

$17.22 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform daily clerical tasks requiring attention to detail, including:
- Accounting functions
- Agent commission processing
- FTP data file transfers
Assist with end-of-month and year-end processing, which may require late hours
Operate and support Pitney Bowes hardware and software
Troubleshoot basic computer hardware and printing issues
Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills
Learn and adapt to new software and system functionalities
Work flexible schedules, including weekends and varied shifts, as needed
Maintain consistent and punctual attendance
Perform other duties as assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma required
2+ years of clerical support
Relevant software certifications preferred but not required
Strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
