Times are flexible as long as they are consistent and communicated with the Director of Rehabilitation. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to effectively screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders. As an Occupational Therapist, you will develop appropriate plans of care that align with all regulatory and clinical practice standards. ResponsibilitiesScreen and evaluate patients to identify cognitive and physical functioning disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using standardized assessments and evidence-based practices. Provide rehabilitative treatment interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and evaluations. Consult and provide guidance to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and other health team members regarding patient care. Document all clinical and regulatory information within electronic systems and maintain accurate patient records. Participate in required meetings, trainings, and conferences to ensure compliance and enhance skills. Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of OT experience is required. Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation settings is required. Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice is required. New Graduates with Level II fieldwork experience will be considered. Why ARMStaffing?
