SeniorQuote Insurance Services is a licensed Medicare telesales brokerage with a fully remote team. We’re looking for a recruiter to run our hiring workflow to build our sales agent team for the Q1 season. You can spot sales people and you have worked with sales people before. You’ll own the hiring pipeline for 1099 Medicare agents, from first contact through a clean handoff to our licensing, contracting, and operations teams.

The engagement

\n

This is a minimum 2-month independent contractor engagement starting ASAP, with the option to renew. You’ll work directly with our leadership team. This engagement is dedicated to recruiting and onboarding agents ahead of Q1.

Scope of work

\n

\n
• Source licensed Medicare agents through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network
\n
• Screen candidates for licensing status, sales experience, and fit with a 1099 commission-based model
\n
• Run recruiting webinars with our Operations Manager, including invites, reminders, attendance tracking, and follow-up
\n
• Schedule interviews and onboarding calls, and keep the calendar organized
\n
• Handle SMS and email outreach for reminders, follow-ups, and no-shows
\n
• Work with our Licensing and Contracting team to move new hires through state licensing, carrier appointments, and certifications
\n
• Coordinate with Operations so new agents start on time
\n
• Keep candidate status current and send weekly pipeline updates to leadership
\n

Final hiring decisions are made by sales management.

What you bring

\n

\n

\n
• 3 to 5+ years of recruiting experience, including hiring 1099 Medicare or insurance agents
\n
• Working knowledge of agent onboarding: state licensing, AHIP and carrier certifications, and carrier appointments
\n
• Experience coordinating webinars and high-volume scheduling
\n
• Comfortable with SMS outreach, ATS or CRM tools, and calendar scheduling
\n
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
\n
• Experience working cross-functionally with licensing, contracting, and operations teams
\n
