What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia for outpatient procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures, managing any anesthesia-related issues
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Document all care accurately per hospital policies
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Travel to other ambulatory surgical sites when needed

What You Need

• Valid Michigan CRNA license
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA
• Prior anesthesia experience in outpatient or surgical center setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
