We’re looking for a well-rounded full-stack engineer with deep expertise in Blazor WebAssembly and modern front-end development who can also contribute across the broader .NET and Azure application stack.You’ll bring strong technical expertise in custom application development, modern UI design, .NET technologies, and Azure cloud solutions. Pay it forward.Assume Positive Intent: Lead with giving the benefit of the doubt.What you"ll DoWork closely with internal and customer teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and recommend modern custom solutionsDesign and develop responsive, accessible front-end components using Blazor WebAssembly, C#, HTML, and CSSTranslate user personas, workflows, and design concepts into intuitive, production-ready experiencesCollaborate with UX architects to evolve low- and high-fidelity wireframes into functional application screensBuild secure application flows and role-based experiences aligned with the customer’s identity, access, and routing requirementsOptimize application performance, usability, and consistency across multiple user types and business contextsCollaborate with engineers and quality assurance team members to support full-stack alignment and high-quality deliveryDocument technical and design decisions and contribute to evolving style guides, reusable components, and design systemsSubmit daily project hours through Kantata for time trackingWhat You'll NeedMore than five years of experience delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycleProven experience designing, developing, and deploying production applications using Blazor WebAssembly (WASM)Strong full-stack development experience using C# and .NETStrong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and reusable component developmentExperience developing and integrating APIs, back-end services, and data-driven applicationsProfessional experience building and supporting solutions within Microsoft AzureFamiliarity with cloud-native architecture, microservices, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controlsUnderstanding of software development practices including source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production supportStrong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAbility to work directly with customers and translate business and user needs into thoughtful technical solutionsA growth mindset and demonstrated commitment to continually learning new technologies and approachesWhat Will Set You ApartExperience building applications or reusable components with Microsoft Fluent UIA bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience working within a professional services or consulting organizationExpertise with Azure DevOps and continuous integration and deployment pipelinesContributions to open-source projects or community-driven developmentConcurrency is committed to revolutionizing consulting by embracing diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration, and promoting resilience.
