• Participate in community outreach and promotional events.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship development.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Help prepare and organize communication and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
