Role Description
Accenture’s SAP practice brings the New to life using design thinking, agile development methodologies, and the latest smart tech like IoT, automation, and AI. You are a transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance.
- Engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
- Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
- Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time - must have EC certification of some kind.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience).

- Knowledge of SAP’s business development process.
- Demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
