Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1787.04/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced Level 2 trauma center. Deliver comprehensive nursing services while ensuring patient safety and comfort in the emergency department setting. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately upon arrival. Administer emergency interventions, medications, and treatments according to protocol. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Document patient care activities thoroughly using the Cerner system. Educate patients and their families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency protocols. Qualifications: Hold an active and valid RN license. Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in a Level 2 trauma or high-volume emergency department. Complete required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC before start date. Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and coaching skills. Exhibit flexibility to work across various ED sections and every other weekend schedule.
